As a measure of Vertical Integration , a modern  manufacturing unit has been commissioned to cater to project requirements in aluminium, power and steel sector.

The  manufacturing unit is  conveniently located by the side of NH 42 at Kurunti, Dhenkanal ,Orissa  amidst an Industrial hub of Aluminium, Power and Steel Plants.

With two  decades of project experience  we now  take  up fabrication of  custom fabricated products, hoppers, tanks, large diameter ducts, stacks, technological structures, conveyor structures and  operational spare parts .The facility is complete with in house design and planning, certified welding inspectors, shot blasting shop and stress relieving shop and back up power facility.

Steel fabrication work as per ASME Section IX ,AWS D1.1 and BIS standard is taken up.

Apart from conventional machines like lathes, drills ,horizontal boring machines, Our shop is equipped with  hydraulic  plate bending machine with pre pinch facility,300 MT hydraulic press, plano miller,CNC  oxy flame cutting machine with nesting software, column and boom welding system, welding rotators.MIG and SAW welding machines.

SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW welding process is deployed with certified welders.

In house ultra sonic and radiography testing facility with level two qualified Inspectors are carried out.
